Spray Pretreatment Plant is also known as Conveyorised pretreatment plant, as components are hung on conveyor and they go through various chemical zones as per chemical process where nozzles spray the chemica on the component surface for surface preparation. Same conveyor goes inside water drying oven, powder coating booth and powder curing oven, hence operator have to only load components before pretreatment and unload after powder coating.
